Rev. Dr. Yong Ju Jee
(Principal)

Currently serving as the pastor of the Korean Church of Syracuse, Rev. Jee has been called to this ministry as He strives to pursue first and foremost the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. After having a Ph. D. in mechanical engineering, he worked as an assistant professor before receiving his M.Div at Southeastern Baptist Seminary.

Minister Sue Jee
(Counselor)

Through her experience as a caregiving mother and her background in Biblical Counseling, Minister Sue Jee has been trained with the necessary tools to heal the spirit and to counsel individuals according to God’s ways and His Word.

Grace Haeun Song
(Teacher)

Having grown up in the Philippines and Kenya as a MK herself, Grace has been led to this ministry by the grace of God and remains committed to the students as both the classroom teacher and dormitory parent. Grace completed her undergraduate studies at Colgate University and is looking forward to sharing the common blessings found in the mission field with the students and fostering their growth in the Word of God.

Caleb Dongwon Kim
(Director of Legal/IT Support)

Caleb is currently pursuing his graduate degree at Northeastern Seminary with a background in engineering and law. He believes that by giving us laws, God allows us to understand true freedom and grace. He will be working closely with the school’s legal matters and aid in IT education.

Calvin Chulwon Ahn
(Director of Fundraising)

Currently working as the project manager at an architectural firm, Calvin is in charge of creatively fundraising in order to gather the necessary support for maintenance of the school. He ensures that both students and the staff are able to maximize their potential and achievements within their respective roles and that missionaries are able to send their children to Jeshurun Christian School without being limited by financial difficulties.

Daeyoung Lee
(IT Support)

Daeyoung is serving at Jeshurun Christian School with the firm belief that God uses even our smallest efforts for His work. He has recently recognized the important truth that he is gifted with his graphic skills not for self-centered goals but to be used as a worker of God. He is currently completing his Ph.D degree in Culture Contents at Konkuk University. 

David Sungwon Yoo
(Director of Outreach)

David is a chiropractic doctor at his own private practice in Syracuse, NY. He currently serves as the youth group coordinator at church and remains rooted in prayer together with his wife and family for this ministry and the MK students. As part of the outreach team, he is actively involved with networking in the local region and distributing materials regarding the school.

Harry Junghoon Ryu
(Director of Facility Maintenance)

Harry is completing his Master’s degree on Facility Management at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently the manager of a retail store and uses his extensive background in architecture and construction to oversee the maintenance of both the school and dormitory facilities for Jeshurun Christian School.

Hongsik Moon
(Director of IT/Facility Support)

Hongsik is completing his doctoral work on electric engineering at Syracuse University and works as engineer in OHRN Enterprise Inc. He strives to live by the motto, “coram deo,” as he seeks after God’s good and pleasing will rather than the riches of the world, in order to discover God’s truth in life. As director of IT and facility support, he guides the students’ IT curriculum and assists with facility maintenance.

Jiwon Lee
(Outreach Support)

As a globally minded individual who has lived in 3 different countries, Jiwon is currently serving as a music teacher at Faith Heritage high school in Syracuse. She provides outreach support by contacting mission organizations and regional churches for student recruitment and awareness of our school.

Junyoung Park
(Outreach Support)

Junyoung is an undergraduate student at Syracuse University majoring in Architecture. He is currently serving through production and fabrication, at the same time composing a JCS research project on "ability and availability". Constantly humbled by the guidance of fellow staff members, he hopes to learn more about JCS through service and hopefully share his own testimony of God's providence in this ministry.

Kwanghoon Han
(Fundraising Support)

A research professor at Syracuse University, Kwanghoon is committed to raising the necessary funds for school operations. He assists with reaching out to the community and maintaining donor relations.

Mark Kouhan Lee
(Director of Finance)

Mark is the owner of a local beauty supply business in Syracuse. His thorough and diverse experience in business and marketing allows him to manage the financial aspects of the school and take care of all the logistics and budgeting.

Michael Lee (Outreach Support)

Michael is a current student at Syracuse University looking to complete his undergraduate degree in Illustration. Having served in church for most of his life, he finds the Jeshurun Christian School mission a true work of God, and contributes through his experience in art and design. He considers self-sacrificing service a true privilege and humbling opportunity to love God and to spread His great love unto others.

Peter Kyungsik Bong
(Director of Governance)

Peter graduated from Syracuse University and is currently an Analyst at JP Morgan’s Cyber security department. He is charge of structuring the governance framework of Jeshurun Christian School and ensures that the school’s overall mission and core values are reflected within the structural organization.

Yoonseok Lee (Administrative Support)

Currently teaching as a professor at Syracuse University, Yoonseok supports with the review of student applications and helps oversees the application process.

Yunhee Kim
(Director of Administration and Education)

Yunhee’s expertise lies in Child and Family Studies, which she completed through Syracuse University’s doctoral program. Since graduation, God used her administrative skills to serve in the Korean Church of Syracuse and later introduced His dream for Jeshurun Christian School, which has now also become her dream and passion. She is in charge of all the administrative processes of the school and the students’ education.
